Ming Su

Ming Su is a Senior Technical Marketing Manager at ROHM Semiconductor Americas with a background in research engineering. Ming has experience in developing marketing strategies for SiC products, supporting automotive and industrial customers, and conducting research on emerging power semiconductor technologies. Ming also has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and expertise in Si, SiC, GaN, and diamond power semiconductors.
