Emery Lees is the Director, Strategist at ROI Communication. Emery has over ten years of experience in social media strategy. Emery has a keen understanding of how social media can be used to achieve business goals.

Emery Lees started their career as a Social Media Strategist at URS Corporation in 2009. At URS, Emery was responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies. In 2015, Emery moved to AECOM, where they advised cross-functional teams on social media strategy, and helped to implement a plan to close and integrate URS external social media channels.

In their current role at ROI Communication, Emery is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support business objectives. Emery also works closely with clients to ensure that their communication goals are met.

Emery Lees has a BA in Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley. Emery also participated in the UC Education Abroad Program, studying Italian at Università degli Studi di Siena. In addition, they have an AS/AA in Communications from Santa Rosa Junior College. Finally, they attended San Marin High School.

Emery Lees reports to Barbara Fagan-Smith, CEO. They work with Anne Torres - Director, Liz Hutchison Taff - VP, Account Manager, and Beth Miller Thiel - VP, Account Manager.
