Judy Rivera

Judy Rivera is the Director at ROI Communication. Judy has over fifteen years of experience in developing and executing communications programs for global companies.

Judy started their career at HP in 2003 as a Sales Communications Program Manager. In this role, they developed and launched the integrated corporate communications calendar to drive more comprehensive and coordinated planning across public relations, analyst relations, internal communications, external newsroom, and executive communications teams.

In 2015, Judy was promoted to Global/Employee Communications Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, they developed and executed a comprehensive management of change program/communications plan to migrate over 16,000 internal websites to a new operating platform within an accelerated nine month window. Judy also refreshed and enhanced the global intranet navigation menu and developed an ongoing feedback channel for future updates and improvements.

Most recently, Judy has been promoted to Director at ROI Communication. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of communication professionals and driving ROI’s communication strategy.

Judy Rivera is a marketing and economics student at Gonzaga University's School of Business Administration. Judy is working towards their Bachelor of Business Administration.
