In their previous role, they were responsible for assisting in accounting tasks, preparing month end statements, and invoicing and returns. Julie was also in charge of setting up online training for technicians, monitoring company web interfaces for upcoming technician training opportunities, warranty coverage options and plans, and submitting warranty claims.
In addition, Julie has experience in conducting workplace safety inspections and creating reports on potential safety violations. Julie is also skilled in managing inventory, ordering stock items, and comparing year-to-date sales with in-stock quantities.
As the first point of customer contact, Julie is excellent at writing up vehicles for service and tire repairs, as well as preparing estimates for required work or quotes for email and phone requests. Julie is also great at communicating approved work with the shop foreman or dispatcher to coordinate workflow and deadlines.
