Melanie leads the creative strategy for ROI as a visual problem solver, storyteller and solutions architect. She manages ROI Communication’s brand, develops ROI’s creative and technology product offerings, and sells, scopes and drives creative and technically innovative outcomes for clients. Before joining ROI Communication in 2010, Melanie led the creative and brand strategy for an award winning telecom company.
