Kathy Blasco is a seasoned professional in healthcare IT, currently serving as a Sr. Support Analyst in Managed Services at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC since March 2018. Kathy has extensive experience in providing support for ERP, EHR, and Revenue Cycle technology, specializing in HL7 interfaces and post sunset support for Allscripts’ Horizon customers. Prior to ROI, Kathy held various roles including Technical Support Engineer at Change Healthcare and RelayHealth, and Interface Analyst at McKesson, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting, interface installation, and customer product enhancements. Kathy holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Western Wisconsin Technical Institute.
