Kathy Nicholson Fickes is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC since September 2020, Kathy previously held the position of Senior Principal Enterprise Solution Architect at Infor for 14 years, where the focus was on industry-specific enterprise software solutions. Prior to that, Kathy was Lead Project Manager for the City of Fort Worth, overseeing projects aligned with client objectives. Early career roles include IT Director at Crescent Real Estate and Insource Technology, as well as Senior IT Manager at Baylor Health Care System. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management, graduating cum laude from Dallas Baptist University.
