Christel Silva has extensive experience in course development and training documentation, currently serving as the Director of Course Development at ROI Training, Inc. since January 2014, where management of a content library exceeding 150 courses for IT and Management training is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Christel worked as a Training Documentation Specialist for an independent contractor where expertise in Microsoft Office and technology mastery were notable skills. Experience at Learning Tree International spanned from 1997 to April 2013, progressing through various positions including Senior Publications Team Leader. Earlier career roles included positions such as Executive Assistant at Information Discovery and Administrative Assistant at Surfside Development, along with office management at Coeur d'Alene Press.
