Carlos Pereira's work experience includes holding a position as Head of Strategic Development at Roiback since November 2022. In this role, they are responsible for developing strategic projects to help hotels increase their online direct sales. Prior to that, they worked at Hotelbeds from 2010 to 2018 as a Regional Contracting Manager, where they managed contracting teams and sought to strengthen hotel partnerships to increase business in various regions. Before that, Carlos worked at Fundació Bit as a Travel Technology Consultant from 2009 to 2010, where they participated in research on the impact of Information and Communication technologies in the tourism sector. Carlos started their career at Bankia from 2006 to 2008 as a Commercial Bank Advisor, where they handled cash transactions, conducted credit analysis, and sold financial services.
Carlos Pereira started their education in 2002 at Universitat de les Illes Balears, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a focus on Contabilidad y finanzas. Carlos graduated from the program in 2008. In the same year, they enrolled at the same university again and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Economics in 2011. Additionally, in 2009-2010, Carlos pursued a Master's degree in Tourism and Environmental Economics at Universitat de les Illes Balears.
