Francis Ferrer Frontera has extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality sectors, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Roiback since November 2014, with previous roles as Product Development Manager and Direct Channel Specialist. Responsibilities include managing the direct channel for large and medium hotel chains, coordinating requests among various teams using agile methodologies, and developing sales budgets and strategic plans. Prior experience includes managing communication strategies at Country Club de Bogotá and leading digital strategy for Hoteles Cosmos. Francis began the career in marketing and sales at StudyGlobal, focusing on Spanish markets for language courses abroad, and has also held various roles in hospitality and tourism consultancy. Educational qualifications include a European Master in Tourism Management from Universidad de Girona and a Diplomatura in Dirección de Empresas y Actividades Turisticas from Escuela Universitaria de Turismo Felipe Moreno.
