Miguel González Cruz

Miguel González Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, communications, and e-commerce. Miguel most recently served as the Head of Marketing & Communications at Roiback since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Growth Marketing Manager at Hotelbeds Group from July 2018 to April 2022. Miguel also co-founded Sync Rentals in November 2017 and held the role of Co-Founder until December 2021. Miguel has experience in the hospitality industry, having served as the Marketing & E-Commerce Director at Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar from April 2016 to July 2018, and as the Head of Marketing & Communications at PortBlue Hotels & Resorts from April 2014 to April 2016. Miguel also has experience as an Executive Director at Geniuzz from February 2015 to June 2016 and as the Founder of fitboo from March 2012 to April 2014. Miguel's earlier roles include serving as the Managing Director Southern Europe at lowcostholidays from March 2011 to March 2012, the Marketing & Communications Director at Logitravel from January 2008 to March 2011, and as a Manager at Workcenter from July 2000 to July 2005.

Miguel González Cruz completed their education with a PDD - Executive Development Program in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universidad de Málaga between 1998 and 2002. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Full-Stack Software Engineer from TripleTen in March 2023, Advanced Google Analytics from Google Analytics for Business in February 2020, and Marketo Certified Associate from Marketo, an Adobe Company in December 2019.
