Aditi Nair

Aditi Nair is the current Chief People Officer at Practus Advisors. Aditi has held this position since November 2020. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Human Capital Management at Indostar Capital Finance Ltd. from April 2016 to November 2020. Aditi has also worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank as an Associate Vice President of Corporate HR from May 2007 to July 2015 and as an HR Relationship Manager from May 2005 to May 2007.

Aditi is responsible for leading firm’s initiatives in areas like Employer Branding Studies, Best-practice benchmarks for HR interventions & processes, branding for potential employees. Aditi also centrally drives programs to build an engaged workforce through Culture and Value Building, Wellness and CSR initiatives and other employee focused programs and interventions. In addition, Aditi handles key and high priority HR deliverables like Performance and Talent Management, Compensation, HR Analytics and Budgeting, Regulatory reporting, etc. Aditi has also built pre-trained manpower channel of recruitment for the bank, through tie ups with educational institutions.

Aditi Nair has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai.

They are on a team with ateet mathur - Director of Business Development, Graham Kitching - EVP & Head of Business Development, North America. Their manager is Chandrashekar Ponnuswamy, Founder & Director.
