Michelle Harburn has worked in various roles since 1994. Michelle began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Teachers Credit Union, followed by a role as a Portfolio Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in 1997. In 2003, they became a Senior Credit Analyst at Wachovia Dealer Services, and then a Director of Analytics and Market Research at E-LOAN in 2005. In 2009, they moved to Symantec as a Director of eCommerce Planning, and then to ROI DNA in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Most recently, in 2019, they became Co-Chief Executive Officer at ROI·DNA.
Michelle Harburn began their education in 1989 at Saint Mary's College, studying Finance. Michelle then transferred to Indiana University South Bend, where they earned a BS in Finance & Business Management in 1993. Michelle continued their studies at Indiana University South Bend and received their MBA in Finance in 1996.
