Jim Griffith

Griffith has served in leading healthcare systems for more than 20 years and is responsible for Tanner Health System’s facilities performance, clinical operations, nursing, and clinical program development. Griffith most recently served as the COO at El Camino Health in Mountain View, California. Prior to El Camino Health, Griffith served as the COO at Tanner. He was also the COO at Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System in Salinas, California. Griffith grew up in Chattanooga and earned his bachelor’s in speech communications from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his master’s in business administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
