Paul Kearsley

Paul Kearsley is currently an SAP HR & Payroll Advisor at ROITech. Prior to this, they were an Employee Central consultant at Leo Pharma from April 2021 to March 2022. There, they were part of the Leo Pharma global team facilitating the transition of HR to a Shared Service Centre model based in Gdansk Poland. Paul was also responsible for implementing Employee Central with interface to Time clocking devices (Kronos) and payroll processing. Their countries of responsibility varied from Sales and Marketing to Manufacturing sites, including the UK, USA, and Ireland. Additionally, they supported colleagues in gathering requirements for Canada and Brazil, created Test scripts for Employee Central, Time processing and Payroll, and created Process guides for Shard Service User guides and instructions for End users and Shared Service Centre support team. Prior to their time at Leo Pharma, Paul was an HCM consultant at Welsh Water Co from June 2017 to November 2017. Before that, they were an SAP HCM ECM Consultant at Nigerian Liquid Natural Gas (NLNG) joint venture Shell & Total from February 2014 to March 2015.

Paul Kearsley earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies from Oxford Brookes University. Paul is certified in SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core 2022, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and SAP Human Resources. Paul is also certified in SAP HR from SAP USA.
