Position Summary:

Roivant Sciences is seeking motivated and talented applicants for an internship with Roivant Health - Roivant’s platform for the creation of new technology Vants, focused on delivering improvements to human health outside of our traditional biotech platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a critical project within both the Roivant Health team and an early-stage health technology company in our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of operational solutions in an early-stage healthcare company within the Roivant Health ecosystem.
  • Support project management activities and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members on new initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program, Master’s program or medical school at a top-tier university.
  • Previous experience in clinical research, healthcare and/or early-stage companies is strongly desired.
  • Direct experience working in patient and/or physician engagement, or customer engagement is highly desired but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions. The expected hourly salary for the role will be $25 per hour at the commencement of employment.

Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions. Anticipated project duration is 6-8 weeks.
