Hayo van Houten

Hayo van Houten is a partner and founding team member at 365 Capital, a private equity firm focused on mid-sized companies with growth potential since 2019. In addition to this role, Hayo serves as a board member at multiple organizations, including HENDI, Veld Koeltechniek, Rojo Steigerbouw B.V., LimeGreen®, and Academica University of Applied Sciences. Previous experience includes positions at Advent International, where Hayo was part of the EMEA Private Equity Dealteam, and a secondment at Mediq, focusing on project management and business development. Prior experience also includes investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Hayo holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam.
