Jeff Decker, MBA

Jeff Decker, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff most recently served as the Marketing Director at Rojoli Services, Inc. starting in August 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at AT&T, including Director of Network Planning, Director of Strategic Planning, Director East Wireless/Wholesale, and Director of Marketing and Product Management. During their time at AT&T, they excelled in managing teams in a call center environment, exceeding customer service and financial objectives, and implementing employee motivation programs that significantly increased employee job satisfaction. Before joining AT&T, Jeff worked at Bellsouth Telecommunications Inc as an Area Manager of Strategic Planning and Senior Product Manager, where they successfully developed and launched new products that generated substantial revenue.

Jeff Decker, MBA has a Masters degree in Marketing from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Business Administration from Florida State University - College of Business. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a certification as a Microsoft New Commerce Experience Partner Certified, obtained from TD SYNNEX in February 2022.
