Previously, as the Founder and Managing Partner of ORM from 1999 to 2021, Peter was instrumental in the agency's growth and client-focused digital strategies, culminating in its acquisition by Paragon Group. Their earlier roles include Managing Director of The Premium Music Company Ltd, co-founding Lithogroove Ltd, and various positions in graphic design from 1986 to 1993, where Peter honed foundational skills in creativity and design.
