Lloyd Hankin

Lloyd Hankin is Roke’s Corporate Services Director and joined in November 2021. He oversees the delivery of exceptional customer experiences for both internal customers, through the provision of business enabling services, and to the external clients via responsive and efficient hospitality operations. His remit extends across security, IT, real estate, facilities, marketing, health and safety, sustainability and business continuity.

A proven business leader, Lloyd is particularly passionate about creating business platforms, systems and processes that enable organisations to flourish safely and securely. He spent 12 years building and leading the Site Operations function for BAE Systems (Applied Intelligence) as Director of Site Operations, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). During this time he advised and supported the business in achieving its domestic and international growth ambitions, leading the business’ response to the global COVID pandemic, implementing a transformational Security strategy and led the integration of four acquisition businesses into the Site Operations service model.

Prior to BAE Systems he spent more than 10 years leading successful high street retail businesses in the highly competitive hospitality sector. He then returned to further education to complete a diploma in occupational HSE management before taking up a senior health and safety management role at Greene King Retailing and Brewing.
