Gema Aji W. has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Gema Aji began their career in 2017 as a Software Engineer at PT Edu Sinergi Informatika, where they built enterprise resource planning and accounting solutions for universities using CodeIgniter and in-house PHP development framework. During their time there, they also expanded the company's capabilities in hardware research and development using off-the-shelf IoT products.

In 2020, Gema joined PT Sobat Teknologi Indonesia as a DevOps Engineer, a role they held until 2022. At PT Sobat Teknologi Indonesia, they were responsible for implementing and maintaining DevOps processes and infrastructure.

From 2018 to 2021, Gema worked at Scola - Learning Management System. Gema Aji started as a Full Stack Engineer and later transitioned to the role of DevOps Engineer.
