Yusuf Alptuğ Polat

Yusuf Alptuğ Polat is a Senior Process Engineer specializing in additive manufacturing at Roketsan since February 2019, focusing on powder-bed fusion processes. Previously, Yusuf served as a Process Engineer in composite manufacturing, where the emphasis was on creating composite materials for structural and thermal applications. Yusuf began the engineering career with internships at Nurol Teknoloji Sanayi ve Madencilik Ticaret A.Ş., working on ceramic matrix composite production, and at İsdemir, gaining experience in the Department of Continuous Casting. Yusuf holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi, as well as a high school diploma from Ankara Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi.
