Richard Chen

Richard Chen is a product management professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Rokt since August 2023, Richard drives initiatives focused on enhancing customer relevance through machine learning and expanding the experimentation platform while managing the Rokt Pay+ product. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Manager at Airwallex from September 2021 to August 2023, where Richard managed a multi-billion dollar FX platform and improved cross-border payment solutions. Richard also held positions as Product Manager at Quantium and as a Data Scientist at NMG Consulting. Richard holds a Master's degree in Data Science and AI from the University of Sydney and dual Bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Studies and Commerce from UNSW.
