Matthew Penalosa

Matthew Penalosa has extensive experience in business and legal affairs within the entertainment industry, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Roku Inc. since June 2021, focusing on Roku Originals and brand-sponsored content. Prior to this role, Matthew served as Executive Director of Business Affairs for Disney+, overseeing nonfiction series and documentaries from June 2019 to June 2021. Other notable positions include Director of Business Affairs at NBCUniversal Media, Sr. Counsel at Viacom, and Sr. Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Participant Media. Matthew's career also includes time at NBCUniversal in various legal roles and a brief consultancy at Sony Pictures Entertainment.
