Michael LaFond began their career managing over $50MM in paid social ads for major brands such as AT&T, AMEX, and Trojan. They expanded their expertise at Adaptly, enhancing partner integrations for various social advertising platforms before transitioning to TikTok, where they scaled revenue through developer APIs and established the TikTok Creator Marketplace. Currently, Michael serves as a Senior Product Manager at Roku, focusing on the development of Roku Ads Manager, aimed at supporting performance advertisers in Connected TV advertising. They hold an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Analytics from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Sociology from Emory University.
