Ray Rothrock

Ray Rothrock joined the Roku board in August 2014. Ray is the Chairman and CEO of RedSeal, a cybersecurity company. From 1988 to June 2013, he was a partner at the venture capital firm Venrock. Since 1994, Ray has been on the Check Point Software Technologies board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
