Varun Navani

Varun Navani has been involved in the tech industry since 2017. Varun began their career at eClinicalWorks as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, and Software Specialist/Trainer. In their roles, they collaborated with development leads, created functional specification documents, captured clients' business processes and requirements, developed streamlined future state workflows, designed and published educational training materials, and trained 200+ physicians, nurses, and administrative staff on eClinicalWorks Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management software. In 2020, they founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of Rolai. In 2021, they joined UP Education Network as an Advisory Board Member.

Varun Navani has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management (with a concentration in Law) and Computer Science from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Varun also holds a Master of Education in eLearning and Instructional Design from Northeastern University, as well as a Certificate in Data Strategy: Leveraging Data as a Competitive Advantage from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
