Neda Khanaki

Neda Khanaki has a diverse work experience. Neda started their career as a Business Analyst/ QA Analyst at Behestan Rayan in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined TOSAN as a Senior Business Analyst/ Quality Assurance Analyst in 2013 and continued in that role until 2018. In 2022, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at California State University, Fullerton for six months. Later that year, they joined the Iranian American Women Foundation as an Office Associate and worked there until March 2023. Currently, Neda is working as a Cloud Administrator at Roland DGA since March 2023.

Neda Khanaki has a diverse educational background. Neda completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Islamic Azad University, Science And Research Branch between 2008 and 2013. Neda also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tabarestan University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Neda has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Neda completed several courses on LinkedIn, including "Microsoft Power Apps Essential Training: Beyond the Basics," "Microsoft Power Apps Essential Training: The Basics," "Power BI Essential Training," "SharePoint 2019 Essential Training: The Basics," "SharePoint Online Essential Training: Beyond the Basics," and "SharePoint and Digital Transformation: Sites for Collaboration and Communication" in March 2023. Neda also completed the "Financial Modeling Using Excel" certification from Sharif University of Technology in September 2016.

Furthermore, Neda has gained certifications in areas such as negotiation, team building, leadership, software pricing, knowledge management, contract preparation, security basics, and IT service management (ITIL V3 2011 Foundation). These certifications were obtained from institutions such as TOSAN (Banking and Payment Solutions Provider), Industrial Research and Training Center of Iran, IMQ Academy, and DAANAA. The certifications were obtained between 2013 and 2015.
