Duane Berkeley

Duane B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, education, and automotive retail incentives. Currently a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger since November 2021 and a Lecturer at St. Clair College's Zekelman School of Business since December 2019, Duane has previously held significant roles at Stellantis, including Director of Retail Incentives and Country Manager of Incentives from January 2018 to November 2021. Prior roles include Senior National Retail Incentives Specialist and Regional and Competitive Incentives Insights at Chrysler Group LLC, as well as Manager of Dealer Credit at Chrysler Financial. Duane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University and a National Executive MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
