Deborah Bingaman

Deborah Bingaman has extensive experience in operations and logistics management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Supervisor for Inbound Operations at Penske Logistics since November 2016, where responsibilities include managing local fleet and container drayage in the Tri-State Area, along with DOT, driver management, and P&L oversight. In addition, Deborah has been the Trucking & Traffic Manager at Pro Warehouse Inc. since September 2005, focusing on fleet management, routing, and compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at B.E.M. Sales and Production Manager at Johns Manville, where Deborah managed HR functions and ensured compliance with workplace regulations. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Rowan University.
