Jason Gers has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and business intelligence field. Jason is currently the Director of Revenue Management at Roland Foods, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at Vita Coco as the Director of Business Intelligence from 2017 to 2021.

Jason also held positions at Pernod Ricard USA, where they served as the Senior Manager of Brand Analytics and Senior Manager of Competitive Intelligence. In these roles, they led teams, provided strategic insights to the marketing team, and developed market models for forecasting and planning. Jason also played a key role in establishing the company's official position on the impact of legal marijuana on the alcohol market.

Before Pernod Ricard USA, Jason worked at The Coca-Cola Company/Glaceau as the Manager of Insights and Strategy, and at Glaceau Vitaminwater as the Associate Manager of Field Sales Development. Jason was part of the team that facilitated the sale of Vitaminwater to Coca-Cola for a significant amount.

Additionally, Jason has experience as a Marketing Project Manager/Merchandising Manager at Berlitz/Hammond Atlas Publishing Group, and as an Assistant Editor at Life Publications.

Jason Gers obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Philosophy from The College of Wooster from 1997 to 2001. Jason then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance with a double concentration at NYU Stern School of Business from 2006 to 2010.
