Caroline Blatti

Caroline Blatti is currently the Head of School at Roland Park Country School Inc. Caroline has been in education for over 15 years. Caroline started their career as an Upper School English teacher at Cary Academy from July 2005 to June 2008. Caroline then made the move to Hutchison School where they served as their Upper School English Teacher from July 2008 to February 2011 and later as their Hutchison Leads Director from June 2010 to June 2013. Caroline was then promoted to Upper School Head at Hutchison School where they served from June 2013 to June 2016. In their current role as Head of School at Roland Park, Caroline is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations.

Caroline Blatti has an AB in English from Princeton University and an MA in English from UCL. Caroline is currently a student at the Leadership Academy.
