Heidi Bichler

Heidi Bichler serves as the Director of Advancement Services at Roland Park Country School since July 2018, previously holding the position of Advancement Services Manager. In these roles, Heidi has developed and coordinated several processes related to campaign prospect management, data integrity, and stewardship mailings, while also training and onboarding staff on the use of Raiser’s Edge. Prior experience includes positions at Friends School of Baltimore as Development Services and Prospect Research Manager, Global Fund for Children as Database and Prospect Research Manager, and various roles in database management and development coordination at institutions such as St. Paul's School for Boys and Sacred Heart Catholic Parish and School. Heidi holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brock University and has completed additional studies at the Pastoral Institute of Northern Ontario and Laurentian University.
