Alvin Lambert is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and dining management. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager at Roland Park Place since August 2019, Alvin oversees daily operations in various dining services. Previous roles include Customer Service Assistant at Phillips Seafood Restaurant and Dining Room Supervisor at The Chesapeake Baltimore, where Alvin managed staff and ensured guest satisfaction. With a history of leadership as Director of First Impressions at Uno Chicago Grill and experience in facilities management from roles at M & S Grill and Aramark Inc., Alvin has developed strong skills in customer service, staff supervision, and operations management. Education includes a High School Diploma from Merganthaler VTHS and additional training from Humanim.
