Morgan Miller has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a Front Desk Receptionist and Dining Server at Roland Park Place since August 2016 while also working as a Desktop Support Intern at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since January 2018. In the desktop support role, Morgan Miller contributes to the Desktop Services team, emphasizing strong customer service skills. Educational qualifications include Information Technology certificates obtained from Baltimore City Community College and Year Up United in 2017-2018.
