Dr. Elena Albrecht

Dr. Elena Albrecht has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Co-Lead of Personal Management and HR Recruiting Consultant at ROLAND Rechtsschutz since January 2006. Prior roles include HR specialist positions at Amadeus FiRe AG from February 2002 to December 2005 and Career Company GmbH from August 1999 to January 2002. Dr. Albrecht holds a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on Work, Industrial, and Organizational Psychology from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, obtained between 2002 and 2006, as well as a Diplom-Pädagogin in Adult Education, Business Administration, and Psychology from the University of Cologne, completed in 2002.
