Claudio Battista

Claudio Battista currently serves as Responsable de groupe Industrialisation & Production at ROLEX since May 2021, bringing substantial experience in operational management and project leadership. Previously, Claudio held various significant roles including Chef de projet industriel and Chief Operating Officer at Bien-Air Medical Technologies, where oversight of a team of 60 was achieved. Claudio’s career also includes a position as Operations Manager at MPS Micro Precision Systems AG, where management of a multidisciplinary team of 30 was undertaken, along with experience as an Ingénieur process and roles in planning and scheduling. Early career experience includes leadership in milling departments at Capsa Camille Piquerez and the role of Mécanicien régleur in horology at EMP SA Ebauches Micromécanique Precitrame. Claudio possesses a well-rounded educational background with degrees from EPFL, Haute école de gestion Arc, and specialized training in production management and micromechanics.
