Guillaume Gentil

Guillaume Gentil is an experienced projects manager at ROLEX specializing in new product components since February 2021. Previously, from January 2018 to December 2020, Guillaume served as the Longines and Balmain Production Manager at Rubattel et Weyermann S.A., achieving significant reductions in work-in-progress and lead times while enhancing customer service rates. Prior roles include production planning at La Montre Hermès SA and continuous improvement engineering, where Guillaume implemented lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production processes.
