Patrick Vielle is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in maintenance, project management, and engineering initiatives across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Industrial Maintenance at ROLEX since May 2025, Patrick oversees a department of approximately 100 employees responsible for maintenance services in watch movement production. Prior to this role, Patrick was the Head of Group Engineering at Emmi Group from February 2018 to April 2025, where responsibilities included managing global engineering activities, large capital projects, and sustainability technologies. Earlier positions included leading investment projects and maintenance at Galderma, as well as various project engineering roles at Nestlé Health Science and Nestlé. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich, earned between 1999 and 2007.
