Sandrine Salgueiro

Sandrine Salgueiro has extensive experience in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as Responsable de groupe production and Chargée de projets OPEX at ROLEX since May 2021. Previously, Sandrine held the position of Lean Expert at Meggitt from May 2019 to May 2021 and worked as an Operational Excellence Engineer at Guardian Industries between February 2017 and April 2019. Early career roles included consultant at Resultance and an intern in Operational Excellence at Guardian Industries. Sandrine also gained valuable experience in engineering assistance at Renault and developed methods for composite materials at Arkema. Sandrine began the career with a technician role at CRP - Gabriel Lippmann. Educationally, Sandrine holds an engineering degree in materials and production management from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and a DUT in chemistry from Université de Metz.
