Sébastien Pinel's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Sébastien worked at ROL SAEX as the Head of After sales Service workshop and International Technical Support, managing a team of 90 employees and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Sébastien also served as the Head of World Service Technical Support, managing project teams and providing technical support for service centers worldwide. At Rolex, they held the position of Ceramic, foundry and metal forming production Manager, overseeing the industrialization of the Ceramics activity. Additionally, they worked as a Process project leader and Industrialization project manager at Zenith International SA, a Project Manager at Tornos, and a Production line Manager at PSA.

Sébastien PINEL earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in the years 1995-1998. Prior to that, they studied at Lycée G. Eiffel (Dijon) from 1993 to 1995, focusing on mathématiques Sup et Spé Technologiques.
