Marcus Levy-Chance

Marcus Levy-Chance is an experienced professional in sound design and technical support, currently serving as the Sound Design and Innovation Manager at ROLI since April 2019. In this role, responsibilities include implementing automation and AI-based solutions to enhance customer support and resolving escalated technical issues for creators. Marcus has a strong background in music production, having produced original tracks for clients such as Mad Manners and earning a Master's degree in Music Production from the University of York. Previous positions include technical support roles at York St John University, where Marcus provided second-line IT and media support, and a Digital Leader award recognition at Santander Global Corporate Banking.
