Robert Blenkinsopp

Robert Blenkinsopp is a highly experienced technical leader with a career spanning over a decade in engineering and technology. Currently serving as Technical Director and Distinguished Engineer at ROLI since November 2025, Robert previously held similar roles at Ultraleap, where responsibilities included developing strategic market initiatives and building the core engineering team for innovative mid-air haptics technology. Previous positions include Network Modelling Engineer and Hardware Verification Engineer at Gnodal, Development Engineer at XMOS Semiconductor Ltd, and various development roles at Fibixio and SpiderGroup. Robert's entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of H2O Studios LLP complements an educational background in Computer Science from the University of Bristol.
