Xorge Castro

Xorge Castro is a skilled Senior NPI and Mechanical Engineer at ROLI, with extensive experience in managing product development projects across the medical/healthcare and consumer sectors since January 2019. Previously, Xorge served as a Consultant Mechanical Engineer at Team Consulting Limited and a Product Design Consultant at Cambridge Design Partnership, leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with external suppliers. Xorge also worked as an Independent Product Design and Development Consultant at XCastro and as a Product Designer at Adande Refrigeration, where responsibilities included developing new products, investigating market opportunities, and conducting detailed engineering processes. Xorge holds an MPhil in Manufacturing from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Industrial Design from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
