(1)  Tal Topaz - Former CEO of a world wide dental implant company with a strong presents in the US. Tal has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions as business development director of private equity firm 2010 – 2015 and 2020 to date. Tal Has a financial and legal background.

(2) Mike Panahi, DMD - Senior dental leader with deep dental transaction experience within the DSO realm. Has advised transactions aggregating over $500m of value, cutting across multi-site generalist & specialty groups.
