Kateryna Krysiuk is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in leading tech projects and enhancing team collaboration. Currently serving as Head of PMO at Rolique since September 2020, Kateryna oversees project management processes and implements Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction. Previously, Kateryna held roles as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, successfully guiding project teams at Rolique and managing multiple projects at Inoxoft, where a focus on high-quality software solutions was paramount. Kateryna began their career as a Junior Project Manager at Vakoms, coordinating project schedules and communication. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ukrainian Catholic University, complemented by studies at Beetroot Academy and Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University.
