Adriana Porras is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Roll-A-Shade since March 2021, Adriana previously held positions in human resources at NewAge Products Inc., Hartmark Cabinet Design and Manufacturing Inc., and Paramount Windows and Doors. Starting as an Assistant Manager at A.B.I. Attorney Service from 2003 to 2007, Adriana developed foundational skills in management and HR.
