Stewart Resnick is chairman, president, and co-owner–along with his wife, Lynda Resnick–of The Wonderful Company, a privately held, Los Angeles-based global company that is dedicated to harvesting health and happiness around the world. From the orchard to the family dinner table, The Wonderful Company is committed to helping consumers make better choices every day through a diverse range of premium, healthy products. Its iconic brands include Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Halos, Wonderful Seedless Lemons, POM Wonderful, FIJI Water, JUSTIN, Landmark, and JNSQ wines, and Teleflora.

Mr. Resnick is responsible for all finance, legal, real estate, strategy, human resources, and business unit operations across The Wonderful Company. The company grows, harvests, processes, packages, and markets a diverse range of high-quality products, including fruits, nuts, flowers, water, and wines. The Wonderful Company is the world’s largest grower of tree nuts, America’s largest citrus grower, and the world’s largest flower delivery service. Every year, nearly half of American households purchase products from The Wonderful Company.

The Resnicks have always balanced achievement in business with a dedication to philanthropy. The Wonderful Company continues its rich heritage of place-based giving to the communities in which its employees live and work. The company invests over $50 million each year in far-reaching community development, education, and health and wellness programs across the Central Valley, throughout the nation of Fiji, and beyond, with the goal of enriching and enhancing people’s lives.

Mr. Resnick sits on the Board of Trustees for the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), where the Resnick Sustainability Institute advances global sustainability through transformational science, engineering, and education. In 2019, he made history with a $750 million pledge to Caltech, the second-largest commitment ever made to a U.S. academic institution. He is a recipient of an honorary degree from California State University, Fresno, and sits on the Boards of Bard College and Conservation International. Among the Resnicks’ other philanthropic contributions are the Milken Institute’s Lynda and Stewart Resnick Center for Public Health, the Stewart and Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at the UCLA School of Medicine, the Resnick Center for Food Law and Policy at the UCLA School of Law, and the Lynda and Stewart Resnick Exhibition Pavilion at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
