Dean Bigbee began their career in 2008 as an Operations Manager with This World: The Values Network, where they created and managed the complete digital operations for the 501(c)3 of television and radio host Rabbi Shmuley. Dean also coordinated logistics for regular shows on Oprah & Friends Network and TLC, as well as program and monetization management of large events. In 2010, they moved to gamigo Inc. as the U.S. Community & Product Manager, helping to open the first U.S. expansion of the European publisher in NY. In 2014, they took on the role of Program Director at YouShallThrive, overseeing employees across development, design, content, and customer relations departments to ensure timely fulfillment of all projects. Dean also acted as a liason between investors, clients and development teams, as well as maintained program management processes for team leads. In 2017, they joined Roll20 as the Director of Operations, where they developed and owned the company strategy through a multi-year hypergrowth period. Dean also developed and aligned teams and individual contributors to achieve goals and maintain healthy key metrics, and professionally developed stronger managers and leaders. Dean also took on the role of Licensing Director, where they developed and maintained contractual relationships with major tabletop gaming partners, and managed all licensed projects from negotiation to conversion to launch to promotion. Dean also maintained relationships with hundreds of creators to increase their success on the creator marketplace.

Dean Bigbee attended the Cittone Institute from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Full degree in Computer Programming and Web Development. In June 2021, they also obtained a certification in Scrum Foundations from the Scrum Alliance.
