Sibella Thompson

Sibella Thompson is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Akixi since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sibella was a Women in Games Ambassador from April 2023 to May 2024 and held various HR positions at Roll7, including Human Resources Advisor and HR and Operations Assistant, from December 2020 to May 2024. Sibella's career in the industry began at Flight Centre Travel Group, where several roles, including Manager and Consultant, were undertaken from October 2013 to September 2020. Academically, Sibella is pursuing a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management at ICS Learn, expected to be completed in February 2025, and previously obtained a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management in 2021.
